Young Cassie is the contemporary version of Cassandra, princess of Troy. Cray may as well be Chronos, the time-traveling god. She sees things before they happen. He can go back in time.

All three are threatened by golden boy’s Uncle Drew and wake up trapped in a middle school with dozens of others like them. Benefitting from one another’s gifts, they forge a friendship there. They hatch a plan. The three, with their unique abilities, are the only ones who can stop a letter from being delivered in the past, one which will be the cause of a lot of people getting very sick in the near future.
